Functional small apartment with kitchen, bedroom, washing machine and free parking 15 minutes drive from Oslo, and 5 minutes drive from the beach. Small dining area in the kitchen, as well as outside. Separate entrance. No living room, but TV in bedroom. This is a small apartment, located mostly below ground level. The space The apartment is in the basement of our home, where we live. It measures 32 square meters (334 sqare feet) and is located below ground level with several windows and an approved fire/emergency escape exit. The space is government approved for permanent living. This is a small space and we urge you to review the photos carefully. Guest access Feel free to use the outside area of the house, with the exception of the stone terrace. Other things to note There is a grocery store (Coop Prix) right next to the place, and this store is open on Sundays. You will see the store on your right side as you arrive to the apartment. The TV is a smart TV with internet connection and you can easily use your phone to cast through WiFi. There is also an HDMI cable if you want to connect a computer. Legacy TV channels not available.
