Carlsbad Condo on the Lagoon

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The space Condo is located on the Carlsbad Lagoon with dock rights. Dock is right out the back door. Lagoon beach is 5 min or less walk. Five minute drive to downdown Carlsbads and State Park beach. Carlsbad has a lot to offer in regard to theater, art, restaurants, music, hiking trails, and much more. There are 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, and a laundry room downstairs. Bedroom 1 has a 1 queen bed, private patio, and a private bathroom right outside the bedroom door. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed, a triple bunch bed, desk, patio and private bathroom with 2 sinks. Upstairs there is a full kitchen, half bathroom, dinning room, living room and patio. Tentants have access to a 2-person tantum kayak, paddle board, boogie boards and 1 beach cruiser bike. Guest access Guests have access to the dock/lagoon, heated pool, jacuzzi, and fire pit. Other things to note Carlsbad is a very safe city. Most people walk to the beaches and around the city. The outside condo area is monitored with security cameras and security gate.
