Welcome to AJ's Lakehouse on Eagle Mountain Lake! This stunning lake front property has so much to offer, boasting 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths with the most striking sunrises, situated on 3/4 of an acre. Come and enjoy our spacious home for your next getaway. We are located on the main body of the lake and in deep water. Located within 25 miles driving of Dickies Arena, TCU Campus, FW Convention Center and the Stockyards. The space The lake is open to all water sports such as sailing, skiing, wakeboarding, wake surfing, tubing and fishing. Feel free to bring your boat or pwc and launch from the local marina only 2 miles away. Don't have one? No problem, you can rent them from the local marina. You're able to load and unload your guests from the docking platform off our boathouse. Bring your fishing gear and cast a line from the dock, bring your own water toys or just float off the docking platform. Please don't forget your water safety devices, as we do not supply them. Please understand, no overnight watercraft mooring or tie-ups to our boathouse or dock is allowed. After a fun filled day on the water, head back to the lake house for rest, relaxation or some friendly competition. Parking is available on our large concrete driveway inside our private gated property. We can accommodate up to 8 cars and a trailer or two. Also available is a level 2 EV charger. From the moment you walk inside, the panoramic view of the lake from the wall of windows is spectacular. The lake can be seen from every room except one bedroom upstairs. This room has a view of the back of the property. For those that are competitively inclined, we have a game room with a pool table and in the Living Room is a game table complete with board and card games. Carrying the competition outside is the ACA regulation cornhole bags and boards as well as shuffleboard. The expansive porch facing the lake is furnished with a hot tub that seats 5 adults. The 4 rocking chairs are perfect for having coffee and watching some of the most beautiful sunrises. There is a propane table heater. A dining table that seats 6 for your outdoor dining. The pavilion has a gas grill with propane included. Another stand heater with propane and 4 chairs for great for relaxing. There is a Solo Stove for wood fires. Wood is not provided, so don't forget to pick some up. The stars are amazing, as well as watching the moon beams dancing on the lake. The neighborhood is walking and biking friendly. (If you require another size, please bring one) 🧼We have contracted Rise and Shine, a third party professional cleaning service. Please make your reservation for the number of guests in your group. We do our best to provide a number of items onsite to enhance your stay such as bath towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the house. Drugs are strictly forbidden anywhere on the property, inside or out. STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED. 🐟Please enjoy our KOI pond. We have 16 scale babies for your watching enjoyment. DO NOT FEED THE KOI OR GO FISHING IN THE POND!! Our home is in the country and on the lake. You will encounter local wildlife and bugs. We have the property treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. So if a bug-free environment is essential, our lake front home in the country may not be a good fit. Guest access The entire house is accessible, with the exception of the Boat, Jet Ski, Basement, Garage, storm shelter and the indoor fireplace. Other things to note Unfortunately, we are not a child friendly property. If there are children in your party, they must be constantly heavily supervised. It is lakefront property and there are no rails on the pavilion or the retaining walls. Lawn maintenance may need to be done during your stay. We will do our best not to disrupt your plans however, services will still continue. We will make every effort to contact you prior to any maintenance being performed. Thermostat - The house is on a heat pump system. The heating/cooling must be kept in the specific range of 70-75 degrees. If this does not happen, the system could freeze up and will shut down. If this happens and the HVAC service determines that is was caused by the guest not following this requirement, the cost of the repair will be passed on to you.
