Beautiful cabin with panoramic views

The cabin is called "Havsjå" because of the great view. Large terrace and outdoor living room with glass roof and gas fireplace for outdoor living and barbecue in all kinds of weather. Great hiking areas and only 300 meters to the beach with a jetty and boat facilities. Private storage at the boat facility for chairs, SUP, paddle equipment, etc. Fishing kayak and regular kayak available. Short drive to both Larvik and Sandefjord with a variety of offers. You can walk to idyllic Ula in less than half an hour, where both Ula Marina and Ula Camping have a kiosk and catering offers. The space 4 bedrooms with 12 beds, one with a double bed, one with single beds that can be pushed together to a double bed and 2 with bunk beds. One of the bedrooms is located in an extension with its own entrance. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two combi ovens and stove. Bathroom with shower and washing machine and separate room with toilet. The cabin was completely renovated a few years ago with surfaces of environmentally friendly and beautiful Kebony wood and glass. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin, but the host will have personal clothes and equipment in some cabinets and drawers. We only rent to persons over 30 years and not for parties etc. Please note that there is a long staircase (about 60 steps) from where you can unload luggage - up to the cabin. Other things to note There are pillows and duvets in the cabin at your disposal, but guests must bring their own bed linen and towels. Rental of bed linen/towels can be arranged upon request. Before guests leave the cabin, it is expected that they have cleaned the kitchen and run the dishwasher, furthermore that garbage is sorted and thrown in the containers at the garbage site which is right at the gate to the cabin area. The cabin should otherwise be left in a condition that makes it possible for the cleaner to clean the entire cabin in a maximum of 2 hours.
