Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located well appointed studio apartment all to yourself. Newly renovated with large closet, mounted smart TV, WiFi, big window, comfy Murphy bed and outdoor sitting area. Everything is walkable: Montana Avenue, Wilshire Blvd, Target, Whole Foods, Vons, UCLA Santa Monica Hospital, cafes, fancy coffees and our beautiful beach 1 mile away or 6 minutes by car. Laundry room is in building. Gated entry. Bike storage. (1) street parking permit The space This studio has everything you need for an extended stay. We just bought new sheets, pillows, towels, blankets and new chair cushions. All supplies are provided including water filter system, soaps, shampoo and cleaning products. We always start guests off with welcome treats and water. Guest access Secure coded gate/key entry to the building. Other things to note Walk to all that Santa Monica has to offer. The supermarket is a couple blocks away, along with great restaurants -- check out Tehran Market on the weekends for great BBQ kebabs -- yoga studios, St John's hospital.
