Within this beautiful traditional stone farmhouse, completely renovated, I invite you to discover a rejuvenating place, in a small hamlet in the countryside. With an outdoor area, you will be lulled by the song of frogs, birds and can observe a magnificent starry sky when the weather permits. This house awaits you to gather with family, friends or stay during your business trips. The space The ground floor is composed of: a large bright and friendly living room with lounge, dining room and wood stove (+ electric heating), a kitchen, with a breakfast area, open to the living room and equipped, under a courtyard furnished with garden furniture, table, chairs and electric grill, a bedroom, a spacious shower room and a separate toilet. The upper floor has a mezzanine converted into a bedroom as well as another bedroom. The grounds are enclosed and allow parking for several vehicles. The accommodation is located south of Deux-Sèvres, close to La Vienne, allowing you to discover the activities and towns of Poitou-Charentes. Guests can enjoy nature and nearby historical heritage: ponds within walking distance, source of the Sèvre Niortaise de Sepvret, discovery of the Bougon tumulus, forests of Saint Sauvant or Hermitain, silver mines, Romanesque churches (one of which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and Arboretum of the Melle Discovery Trail, Gallo-Roman site of Sanxay, St Jacques de Compostelle Trail, GR655.
