Our little hidden gem semi in South Yorkshire

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Balby Doncaster. Located only 3 miles away from The Doncaster Racecourse, just over 2 miles from the city centre/train station. 5 minute walk to St Catherine’s Grounds which is a beautiful walk to do at anytime of year. There is also a little cafe in the grounds which is nice to visit. Local supermarket is under 1 mile away and up the road is a gorgeous fish and chip takeaway, hairdressers and a lovely corner shop. The space Our little hidden gem semi is where we lived for 8 years, we have now had to sacrifice and save which is why our beautiful home is now on Airbnb. You have full access to the property and we want it to be home from home for you. It has 2 double bedrooms upstairs in the property and we can accommodate with an air bed downstairs if needed. We come to the property every evening to feed the cat but we can do this from the side door without disturbing our guests. If you need anything please ask us while we are in the garden, if not we will be discreet and leave you be to enjoy our home. Guest access The whole house and garden are full access to guests. The building at the back of the garden isn’t accessible for guests but looks beautiful. Other things to note Our little hidden gem has a mascot called George. (The cat) he’s very friendly and isn’t bothered about coming into the house but he’s in the back garden where he lives and doesn’t roam far. He now has dementia because he’s old so we’ve decided to leave him where he’s happy. He can be nervous with sounds and new people but he’s the most kindest and gentlest cats you’ll ever meet. He also dribbles if you fuss him too much :’) He can be vocal when he’s hungry and he also forgets that he’s been fed, it’s part of the dementia :( but if you tell him no, he will stop. We stop by daily to feed and check on him, the time can vary but usually it’s between 3pm-7pm There’s a pond in the back of the garden, it’s above ground with tiny fish, it’s lovely and calming to sit on a warm evening beside it and watch the world go by.
