Studio 7 is perfectly placed for you to do all this and more! This newly appointed self-contained studio in Sunningdale is light and bright, providing a tranquil and elegant setting for you to retreat from the hubbub of life. The space The studio is an open-plan space with a fully kitted-out kitchenette, separate bathroom with waterfall shower and a lounge area with comfortable seating options. A large television, which is Netflix/account-enabled, is provided for your entertainment. The studio is welcoming and cosy, with reading materials and personal effects in place. As it is my personal space and used by me too, I would ask that you respect my belongings. Studio 7 is perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway or the travelling executive needing a short stay. Egyptian cotton bedlinen is provided on a brand-new double bed, as well as towels, slippers and robes. The property is environmentally conscious, highly insulated and has double-glazed windows for thermal efficiency. Underfloor heating is available for chilly days and there is plenty of light. There is a large desk, for those needing to work or do admin (and to dine at if the weather outside is inclement), as well as a dining opportunity on the private patio and it is set at the bottom of a quiet and peaceful garden. A picnic basket is provided for your use and speciality hampers are available on request for special occasions. * Please note, guests with pace-makers should be advised that as the hob is an induction hob, they should keep a distance of 60cm from it. Guest access Accessed from the driveway and a private side-gate with a key safe, the property is located a short 2-minute walk from the nearest Thames Valley bus-stop approximately 120 yards from the studio on the High Street which will take you into Windsor. ( It passes every two hours). Driving? It’s 2.3 miles to Ascot High and the famous Ascot Racecourse. Windsor is a 20-minute drive from your doorstep and Virginia Waters a mere 12 minutes away. With close proximity to the M3, M4 and junction 13 on the M25, it will take c 20 minutes to get you to Heathrow airport. Would you prefer to take the train? Sunningdale station is a 4-minute drive away and a 48-minute journey on SW rail will take you into London, Waterloo. Alternatively, a 35-minute journey will see you in Reading. Other things to note Wining and dining Take your tipple at Belvedere Arms in London Road, The Duke in Sunninghill or The Stag in Ascot High street... And when the dinner bell rings, give The Thatched Tavern in Cheapside, Paezzo or Bluebells in London Road or The Barn @ Coworth Park a go. Then again, if you’d prefer a quiet night and elect to dine in, Waitrose in Sunningdale is 0.9 miles away, located next to the station and will have all you need. Tea for two?
