A 20-25 minutes' drive to downtown Chicago with heavy traffic. 🚗 Located only a 6-minute drive to the Beverly neighborhood, 10-minute drive to Evergreen Park, and 20 minutes to Oak Lawn. (Many groceries/ retail stores and local pubs/restaurants all over these areas) 🏬 Local grocery stores are Jewel, Petes, Aldi, Whole Foods and Walmart. Also, please refrain from wearing shoes especially during winter on the rugs. If we notice they are damaged, we must charge a deep cleaning fee of $200 for each rug. Host would greatly appreciate you treat this home with respect and maintain it free from severe damages, mold, and always prevent the home from hazards. Please do not leave the dryer on with no supervision. Please do not open kitchen or living room windows. Also, please note the dishwasher is NOT available for use.
