Other things to note With this rate, you are responsible for cleaning the property according to the checklist that will be provided to you upon arrival. If you wish, you will have a choice of several cleaning options, depending on your needs. If you are bringing pets, we recommend the cleaning option. A deposit of 300 euros will be required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure, if the house is returned in the same condition as upon arrival.
