Halfway between Fontainebleau, Orléans and Chartres, an hour and a half from Paris or Versailles, renovated family home in the heart of the village, in the Essonne valley with its mills and hiking trails, between Beauce and Gâtinais. The house is in the village, with a pleasant green and closed courtyard. 7 min from one of the most beautiful villages in France, Yèvre Châtel, 20 min from the Île de Loisirs de Buthiers, 40 min from the Château de Fontainebleau, 1 hour from the Châteaux of the Loire. The space ON THE GROUND FLOOR: an entrance, a large living room with an equipped kitchen open to the dining room and the living room (TV) overlooking the inner courtyard, a separate toilet, a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, small fridge). UPSTAIRS: 3 bedrooms one with 1 160 x 200 cm bed, another with 1 140 x 200 cm bed and the last with 2 90 x 200 cm beds (can be put together on request to make a 180 cm bed), a separate bathroom (bathtub, sink, bidet), a separate toilet. OUTSIDE: Closed courtyard by a gate at the back of the house with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Covered shelter with ping-pong table, outdoor games and bicycles available. Parking for 2 cars in the courtyard. As part of long stays or business stays, every two weeks, a cleaning fee of €100 will be charged in addition as the change of sheets in occupied rooms. /!\ Non-smoking cottage.
