This is our family’s lake house. Our house is clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and is warm and welcoming. We are 10 or so minutes to the Riviera Marina and London Bridge. We have a huge, fenced in backyard and are pet friendly. We have a pool and corn hole. We have a Ms. Pac-Man, Mortal Kombat, and board games. We have a fully stocked kitchen. We also have a dedicated workspace. NEW recliner and sectional! We hope to host you for your next weekend getaway, extended vacation, or winter retreat! The space 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, family room, dining room, breakfast bar, workstation/desk area, game area/room, and laundry room. Bedroom #1 - King Sized Bed. Bedroom #2 - Queen Sized Bed. Bedroom #3 - Double Bunk Beds. Family Room - Seats 8 in recliner and sectional with recliner. Dining Room - seats 4. Breakfast Bar - seats 2. Workstation/Desk - seats 1. Game area/room - Ms. PacMan, Mortal Kombat, and board games. Laundry Room - Washer and Dryer. Patio - Table - Seats 6. 4 Lounge chairs. 2 chairs and small sofa- seats 2, and gas grill. Guest access Main house, yard, pool, laundry facilities. No access to roof or garage. Other things to note Ms. PacMan and Mortal Kombat game console. Cornhole and big backyard with a pool.
