Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The space Welcome to my home, where every object tells a story. Located in the countryside, it is only 20 minutes from downtown Bayonne and half an hour from the first beaches. Built in the early 1950s. I acquired it two years ago and since then have been giving it a new lease of life with a complete renovation. As much work as satisfaction :-) With an area of approximately 120 square meters. It consists of a living/dining room, toilet, kitchen and laundry room on the ground floor & three bedrooms as well as a bathroom (+ toilet) upstairs. Two bedrooms have a very comfortable double bed and the last one has two small beds. 🚨 The garden is a work in progress! The grass is growing and the flowers too 🙃🌸🌼🌻 A pond with filtration is getting ready to welcome the fish 🐠🐟 & a small above-ground pool is about to be installed! 💦 Other things to note Laundry room: A washing machine + a dryer Kitchen: A coffee machine available as well as all the kitchen necessities A dishwasher Living room: A large TV Outside: a large table and chairs for meals as well as a corner to rest One towel included per person as well as quality bed sheets
