VILLA PEPPI Are you dreaming of a holiday in Finland's most popular and beautiful ski resort? Relax in this atmospheric and stylish semi-detached house in Levi. Surrounded by forest, the two-apartment cottage is located close to the northeast slopes, only 4 kilometers from the center of Levi. In this cottage you can enjoy the enchanting tranquility of Lapland, but if you are looking for action and atmosphere, you can find it nearby. The ski bus runs 300m away (stop no. 12). Nearest slope 1.2km (Golf slope) The space Stylish and modern half of a duplex with a downstairs kitchen and a combined living room, as well as a bathroom and toilet. Living room with great high space. One bedroom is located downstairs with a double bed. Upstairs, a loft divided in two, with sleeping places for four (4X80cm beds). There is also a private toilet upstairs. The home offers convenient access to snowmobile trails, skiing, and skiing. The Ski bus runs nearby and you can conveniently get to the center of Levi, which is about 3.5km on foot and 5 minutes by car. Two cars can park well in the yard of the cottage. In the summer and fall, we hope guests clean the cottage themselves. The cottage has good cleaning supplies and instructions for doing the cleaning. Cleaning can be purchased at a cost of 150€ if desired. Cleaning is included in the price for the period December-March. April-November price for cleaning is 150€. You can save money by cleaning the cottage yourself. Linens and towels, if needed, €15/person. Guest access The entire cottage with its movable property is at your disposal. You can conveniently store your sports equipment in the outdoor storage. Other things to note Quiet location. On the wall neighbor a permanent resident. The cottage has two snowshoes for the free use of the tenants and a sled for the children. The cottage has air conditioning, but no cooling. Accommodation terms This stay is only governed by Finnish laws and national compensation policies, which excludes all foreign compensation practices and any laws applicable to claims and indemnification practices. Everything related to the accommodation takes place in accordance with Finnish policies, procedures, and laws, and the accommodation is governed only by the laws and rights set out in Finland. This supersedes all foreign policies, laws, claims, and legal claims, or other claims against accommodation providers. Any conflict arising from these general terms and conditions shall be determined by the competent court in Finland.
