Very centrally located, traditional beautiful Norwegian wooden house from 1905. Large villa with 4 bedrooms and 2,5 baths. Less than 10 minute walk from train station (30 min train ride to Oslo), restaurants and indoor/outdoor waterpark and more. Family friendly house with everything you need of toys, high chairs, crib and next to a playground. Perfect summerhouse with a big terrace with access to the garden with a playhouse, treehouse, trampoline and seating area in the sun! The space 1st floor (80m2): Full kitchen Dining/living room Big terrace with seating for 8+ Toilet 2nd floor (80m2): 1th bedroom with a singel bed (120 cm) 2nd bedroom with a dubbel bed (180 cm) 3rd bedroom with a singel bed (90 cm) 4th bedroom with a dubbel bed (160 cm) Living room with TV and sofa 1th bathroom with shower and bathtub 2nd bathroom with shower Possibility to add crib or mattress Basement with washer and dryer. A big green garden, outdoor furniture, lounge beds, trampoline and a cute little playhouse. There is also a playground just across the road from the house, you can see it from the kitchen. Quiet neighborhood and private house and garden, close to everything, including a 24/7 supermarket one block away. Guest access Guests will have access to the full house and garden. We normally live here so there will be lots of stuff to use and to make you feel like like home. That also means that we expect guest to take care of the house and the things inside it. Other things to note There is a cat (Maja) living in the house so she will probably hang around while guests are in the house. She is very friendly but not very social so she will keep her distance :) We live in the house so there is not empty space in wardrobes. For longer stays some space can be arranged, please let us know. One set of beddings and towels are provided per guest. Washer and dryer available in the basement if needed.
