The lounge is a perfect relaxation spot, equipped with a BT TV system, DVD player, and two large, comfy leather sofas. Wooden floors add a touch of elegance, while French doors open onto the front terrace and garden, creating a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. The large open-plan kitchen/diner is a chef's delight, boasting a Range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and a large American fridge/freezer. French doors in this area also lead to the front terrace. The dining room features a large table with seating for eight, a comfy settee, and a wall-mounted TV, making it an ideal space for family meals and gatherings. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a wet room with shower, hand-basin, and toilet. Stairs from the front door lead to the first floor, where the three bedrooms and a family bathroom are located.
