We only rent one apartment in our house, with a separate entrance directly from the outdoors. Our house Span, is located about 1.5 km in the valley from the center of Fulpmes in the district of Medraz, in a beautiful and quiet location on a side path. It is easily accessible by car all year round. Parking is sufficiently available. From our house you can also easily reach the ski and bus stops on foot and with ski equipment. (free ski buses to the ski resorts) The space The apartment is about 65 m², is on the ground floor and has a terrace. It offers a combined kitchen/living room with a cozy dining area and sofa, a four-bed room with a double bed and bunk bed, a double room, a bathroom with a floor-level shower, sink and toilet, a separate toilet with sink, a spacious anteroom and a small storage room with a shoe dryer. The equipment includes an electric stove with oven, range hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, cooking and eating utensils, satellite TV, radio, towels, bed linen and a safe. Guest access It is a completely self-contained apartment. Other things to note Please note: The residence tax/local tax is charged additionally and must be paid in cash on site. 4.80 euros/person/day from 15 years. No pets are allowed without exception.
