You’ll be close to everything Saugatuck/Douglas has to offer from this centrally-located cottage! Walkable to Douglas Beach (0.7 miles), the chain ferry (0.8 miles) & the Root Beer barrel stand. <5 min drive to Oval Beach & Ox-bow. This 1 BR/1 BA cottage sleeps 4 (with a pull-out sofa), is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and a screened in porch for some serene down time. This home shares parking with the front Main House, as well as a shared walkway to its own gated/private courtyard. The space An open concept living/dining space adjoins the bedroom which has a queen bed and ample storage space. The living space is well appointed with a TV and seating, while the kitchen and dining space is suitable for a homemade meal. The 4 seasons porch offers an oasis for reading and enjoying a drink of your choice or venture onto the porch to sip at the bistro table. Guest access You will have private access to the entire guest house and enclosed yard during your stay. Access is quick and easy via a smart encoded door lock. Other things to note For guest safety and security this property does have security cameras. One is a doorbell camera (Main house only) and one monitors the Guest gate door. Both are situated to be minimally invasive and the field of view is no more than necessary to ensure both security and guest privacy. Please note that there is only ONE parking spot for the guest house. There is no washer/dryer in the Guest House. There is a laundromat nearby. No pets allowed.
