Located a short 5 min drive from Sturgeon Hospital and easy access to the Anthony Henday and Hwy 2 St. Albert Trail shopping. *A $35.00 Pet Cleaning Fee per stay is applicable. Please specify that a pet will be part of your stay when you book. The space 2 level suite, private keyless access, spacious open floor kitchen, bathroom and living room space with 55" Smart TV and sectional with pull-out Queen size bed on the main floor. Down a level there is a large bedroom with a Queen size bed, dedicated work space and loveseat sitting area with an additional 58" Smart TV. Outside, you have shared access to the entire backyard including gazebo, dining table, outdoor BBQ, and fire pit. There is free car or light truck parking in the driveway and room for oversize available on the street. Guest access Guests have access to the complete suite, from the warm and spacious entrance, to the large and open concept main and lower levels. Guests also have access to (shared with hosts) a BBQ, comfortable Gazebo, fire pit and a spacious open deck with seating. Extra green space is also available for little ones to burn off some energy. Other things to note The backyard is a shared space with our small "Yorkie" dog named Archie.
