Cozy Home- King Bed - Fire Pit - Fall Getaway

Relax in this spacious and serene home on 2 acres with lots of wildlife, an apple tree and berries! Quick access for all your adventure needs to the mountain, town, or Canada. Located only 18 min from Bellingham, 1 hour to the Mt. Baker ski area, 30 min to Silver Lake, and 5 minutes to the Nooksack river. Cook dinner in our fully stocked kitchen, hang out to a movie or a game of pool and wake up every morning with a fully stocked coffee/tea bar. I look forward to being your host! The space We are located on a secluded 2 acre property with lots of wildlife and a creek at the bottom of the hill. The house is newly remodeled! There is a loop that you can walk from the house on a private driveway off the main road that is about a mile long. We have a large fire pit in the backyard for roasting smores and star gazing on a beautiful night. You might even catch the northern lights if the timing is right! There is a hammock off the side of the home in a small group of trees in addition to the patio for relaxing and having a good BBQ with friends and loved ones. If you hang outside long enough you're sure to see many birds; which include a resident woodpecker and hummingbirds, squirrels, frogs and deer. At night you will be sure to hear the coyotes, owls and frogs nearby. Since we do have alot of wildlife and critters outside please acknowledge by staying with us we are not liable for any injury or any damage to you, your guests, your or their property that may occur during your stay at our place. Families are always welcome but at no time should children be unsupervised. The property is not 100% childproof. All children are the responsibility of the adult. Guest access The entire home and yard are for your enjoyment. There is plenty of parking in the front driveway. The private garden, Art Studio, and shed are not part of the Airbnb and are used daily by the owners. Other things to note Extra guest fee after 4 guests, per night is $50. Once you add more than 4 guests to the reservation upon booking, the charge will automatically apply. If you book for 4 guests and you bring more than your booking, you will be charged an additional $50 per night per guest. Also please note that the landscaper/gardener/owner takes care of the yard either Tues or Thurs or sometimes both days (weather depending since we get alot of rain). If you are staying longer than 2 weeks we require the cleaners to come in and do a deep clean on the 14th day of your stay and charge an additional $150. I also come in every 30 days to change the air filter.
