BUILDING AMENITIES POOL(28th Floor) Open: Tues–Sun, 6AM–9PM Closed: Mondays for maintenance GYM (26th Floor) Open daily: 6AM–10PM ⚠️ Access Fee: Php 100/person/day, payable directly to building staff at the concierge. IN-ROOM AMENITIES: ⚠️To help you get started comfortably, we provide some essential items upon check-in. However, please note that these are starter supplies only and not intended to last for the full duration of your stay. Since this is a private accommodation (not a hotel), we aren’t able to offer unlimited towels, but we’ll make sure you have what you need for a comfortable stay. Should you need extra towels, we can provide them for a small fee of ₱300 per towel. Additional Supplies: 🛎️ For items such as drinking water, extra tissue, or other necessities, there is a convenience store 7/Eleven located at the ground floor where you can easily purchase what you need. ♻️ To help conserve energy, the AC will not be on before your arrival. You can easily turn it on once you get to the unit, and it cools down quickly. HOUSEKEEPING We don’t include daily housekeeping in the rate, but we’ve got you covered for longer stays: 10+ nights – 1 complimentary cleaning service 15+ nights – 2 complimentary cleaning service 🛎️ Extra mid-stay cleaning available for Php 700 per service. PARKING Paid parking is available nearby just ask the security staff for directions or help. LAUNDRY MADE EASY Nearby options under 3 mins walk: • CHILL Laundry Service • WASH N DRY LUGGAGE STORAGE We don’t have luggage storage on-site, and the reception is unable to keep personal belongings. FRIENDS & FAMILY VISITS Only guests staying with us can stay in the unit. No visitors are allowed to stay overnight.
