Tiny house at the edge of ancient Vulcan (1020m)

Welcome to our cottage, hidden in the embrace of nature, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We designed and made the cottage ourselves in the family using local materials. It offers a uniquely furnished interior and a beautiful outdoor space. Surrounded by larch boards and an outdoor kitchen and fireplace under the starry sky, it's the perfect retreat for peaceful and relaxing moments. Let our environment inspire you as you explore the natural beauty of the surrounding mountains and enjoy the many outdoor activities. The space The house is built from local wood and lies at an altitude of 1010m. The lower part is made of solid concrete and includes a modern equipped kitchen and dining room with an indoor fireplace, as well as a separate room with a toilet and shower. Surrounded by an outdoor fireplace, the summer kitchen invites you to enjoy pleasant moments by the fire under the starry sky. The bedroom is in the upper part of the house and is surrounded by unique spruce wood pieces. In addition to the double bed, the bedroom also has a sofa that can be stretched into a temporary bed. The exterior of the house is surrounded by larch boards, adding a rustic charm to the whole experience. Our house is an ideal destination for those looking for peace in nature. The house is connected to its own water supply, with a water source located about a kilometer away. The water in the house is of exceptional quality. There are quite a few hills and mountains nearby that are suitable for hiking, cycling and day trips. Among them are Smrekovec, Golte, Mount Sveti Križ, Uršlja gora and Peca. If you want to cycle one of the routes, you can rent a bike from us. In addition to all the hills, you can also visit the Mozirski gaj park of flowers and Velenje and Škalsko lakes, where various sports activities are possible (lake paddling, golf, beach volleyball, fishing, etc.). In Črna na Koroškem (20 minutes by car) you can ride the highest zip line in Europe. Guest access The car can be parked 20m away from the house. Other things to note The nearest shop is located 15min away by car, so I would advise you to pick up some food before you arrive at the cottage. However, it is possible to get daily fresh milk and eggs from a nearby farm and seasonal vegetables from the home garden with us.
