Please Note: Home can be decorated for special occasions such as anniversaries, birthday, engagement, Valentine’s Day & etc for an additional fee. Guest access You are granted complete access to the home. Garage available for parking. Additional parking in driveway for 4 vehicles. No parking on neighbors lawn. No parking on property lawn due to sprinkler systems. Guests are encouraged to car pool if more than 5 vehicles. Other things to note The host is not liable for any injuries that may occur while you are residing on the property. Please report any potential hazards to the Host immediately! Homeowner or agents reserve the right to enter the home in case of an emergency, a dangerous condition, repairs, unauthorized stays, or to prevent damage to the home.
