Other things to note • For special requests that are not described in the listing, send us a message to check availability. • Linens: Linens and towels are not changed daily. I always recommend hanging up towels after use to keep them dry until the next bath. For stays longer than 7 (seven) days, a change of linen is offered, as well as cleaning of the space, upon prior scheduling and payment of an additional fee. • If you need to move the check-in time forward or the check-out time back, we can negotiate (depending on availability), with an additional fee added to your stay, which can be paid through “Airbnb” or Pix. Please let us know as soon as possible to ensure date availability and not compromise the cleaning team's schedule.
