Family house on the Côte d'Opale, in a peaceful country village, conveniently located 10 minutes from Montreuil-sur-Mer and 25 minutes from the sea (Le Touquet, Berck-sur-Mer, Merlimont) 200 m² house, warm and comfortable, wooden frame, very bright, in a 45-acre garden. Great for a peaceful stay with family or friends in the countryside and by the sea for 8 people (2 families, blended family, 4 couples...) The space This house is our family's second home that we rent out during the summer months and school holidays. Many amenities are new and we trust our tenants to look after them. The house has 3 bedrooms with double beds of 160 x 200 cm and 1 bedroom with two beds of 90 x 200 cm. The region offers both the charm of the countryside for walks and the joys of the sea. Between the two, the charming town of Montreuil-sur-Mer offers all the amenities with shops, more than friendly restaurants and many and varied sports and cultural activities. Other things to note Dogs and cats are not allowed in our house. (Allergy of several members of our family). The organization of bachelor/hen parties is prohibited in the house.
