You will be 4 stops from the Parc des Expositions, 5 stops from Charles de Gaulle Airport, 15 minutes by RER to the center of Paris and 10 minutes from the Stade de France with the RER B. You can enjoy our garden, have a barbecue, or pick tomatoes in the vegetable garden if nature has been generous. The space The house is located on a quiet street shared with our equally quiet and friendly neighbors. You will be within a few minutes' walk of the city center. A good bakery and a Franprix are a 5-minute walk away. On the ground floor, an open kitchen, living room, dining room, and toilet are at your disposal. The downstairs bathroom is private. On the first floor, three bedrooms (including three private), a bathroom, toilet and a mezzanine. On the second floor, a large bedroom in the attic. Please note: if, during the summer, the house, the ground floor and the first floor are cool, the white room under the attic keeps the heat: a fan is therefore available for this room in case of summer rental.
