The space The building has only one floor: you can rest while enjoying peace and quiet. The flat is new and is equipped with air conditioning, heating, high-speed free wifi, and numerous large windows that allow you to have light at any time of the day. Sophisticated designer furniture will make your stay comfortable. For the night, two elegant double bedrooms and a lovely loft with a single bed will allow you to relax after a long day. You will then find a living room with a sofa and a 43'' Smart TV. Here, the sofa can easily be converted into a French sofa bed. The flat then offers a large open space with a fully equipped kitchen, another comfortable sofa, a table with chairs for your meals and a 32'' smart TV. The modern kitchen, completed with all the necessary tools, will allow you to prepare excellent meals. Complimentary coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper and oil are always available for guests. The kitchen has an induction hob, microwave oven, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, freezer, toaster. The elegant and comfortable bathroom has a large shower box, a cabinet to store all your personal belongings, a hairdryer and soap and shampoo dispensers.
