Panthera Terra 1 Panthera Terra 1 is a very spacious three bedroom apartment situated on the ground floor of this newly built property. This apartment can sleep up to six people: the master bedroom has a king size bed; the second bedroom has a queen size bed and there are two single beds in the third bedroom. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is a separate large shower room for the use of the other two bedrooms. There is also loads of closet and storage space. within the apartment. An air conditioning unit is in each bedroom but please make sure you keep the windows closed when it's in use. And please remember to close all windows and doors when you go out, in case it rains and also switch off the air-con. The kitchen is well appointed with all the usual appliances: oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and, of course, there are plenty of kitchen units. Your first food shop can be provided for you on request - reimbursement on arrival will be requested on presentation of bills. Provided free of charge is 1 toilet roll and soap for each shower room, dishwashing liquid and a kitchen towel roll. The living space is tastefully decorated and furnished with all the comforts of home including wi-fi access and cable TV. There is a safe for your use and a large American-style washer and dryer within the property, available on request. If you want a barbecue then there's plenty of outdoor space. Complimentary beach chairs are available for taking down to the beach, but these must be returned daily. There is also car parking, if you've hired a car. Please adhere to the non-smoking rule inside the apartment - outside, no problem! The only other "No's" are to pets and parties! Whilst it is a child-friendly zone, it's not really suitable for infants under two. PLEASE NOTE The government of Barbados has imposed a tax (Shared Economy Levy)which has to be paid on arrival,the levy is 10% of the booking fee.
