Our home is no more than a 5 minute walk from downtown CG & its many shops, restaurants & amenities. We are also right across the street from a dog and children’s park. The space The flooring has Spanish Saltillo tile flooring in all of the rooms. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are good sized with closet space and drapery. We have an enclosed parking space within the yard, and one spot on the street. Feel free to ask us about any special requests you might have and we can try and accommodate. Other things to note The yard is enclosed so your pet will be safe. There are quiet, subtle wind chimes all around the yard. In the kitchen, we have a nespresso machine with pods, creamers and sugar. Fully stocked kitchen with spices, pots, pans, cutlery and plates. There is a microwave, oven and cooktop.
