Observing its structure, one can glimpse the splendor of a family that played a significant role in the development of the Delta. This magnificent farmhouse was renovated in 2000 as a rural tourism house, always maintaining the large windows, gateways, and generous interior spaces that respect the historical ambiance of the house. It currently features 6 fantastic independent apartments. The expansive outdoor area includes a communal saltwater pool, a barbecue, and a large patio with a variety of plants and trees (bougainvillea, a grapevine, jasmine, mandarin trees, and century-old palm trees). It is an ideal place to spend long moments enjoying with family and friends. The Gran house is a spacious 78 m² apartment ideal for couples located in the "noble" part of the farmhouse. It has a capacity for 2 people. Inside, it features a large and beautiful master bedroom with a (decorative) fireplace, a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, an independent kitchen, and a spacious bathroom with a shower. It also has a large communal outdoor area with a garden, barbecue, saltwater pool, and private parking. Located in a very peaceful area, Mas de Bernis is only 1 km from l'Aldea, 3 km from Amposta, and midway between Barcelona and Valencia (180 kilometers). Mas de Bernis is a strategic location to start numerous excursions. From here, you can discover the Ebro Delta, with its rice fields and visiting birds, the Tortosa-Beseit ports, Peñiscola, the Costa Dorada, Port Aventura, and the entire southern region of Catalonia. The richness of this area allows for a multitude of outdoor activities with family or friends: going to the beach, fishing, sports, sailing to the river mouth, observing the local flora and fauna, hiking or biking excursions, visiting the Natural Park, discovering local cuisine and products, etc. The Ebro Delta offers a great variety of tourist attractions. You can take beautiful walks or bike rides, but if you want to visit other towns or the Ebro Delta in general, it is highly recommended to have a vehicle to do so. General Conditions: - The price includes towels and bed linens (except beach/pool towels). - The minimum stay is 2 nights, except during high season (see calendar). - Groups of young people under 25 are not allowed. - Check-in: From 3 pm (July and August from 5 pm. If availability permits, we are flexible). - Check-out: Until 11 am (If availability permits, we are flexible). - Utilities included (water, electricity, air conditioning, and heating). - Pets are welcome (The cost is 30€ for the entire stay). - Outdoor spaces are shared (Pool, mandarin tree patio, main patio, 1 barbecue, and parking). - The washing machine is shared (Located in an exterior room of the building). - An additional charge of 0.90€ per person per night will be added to the stay price, up to a maximum of 7 nights, and only for occupants over 16 years old as a tax on stays in tourist establishments. - Welcome/Convenience kit: 1 sponge, 1 cloth, 1 mesh cloth, 1 bottle of kitchen soap (30ml), 1 hand soap bar, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of kitchen paper, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. - Due to internal policy, we do not leave any food items (salt, pepper, oil, etc.).
