The space This tiny studio is equipped with everything you need : a single bed with linens; a kitchenette with an electric cook top and sink, microwave, fridge, and pots and pans; a sofa and a closet & some storage shelves. The apartment is heated with a central building system and it also has it's own air conditioning unit in the summertime. The bathroom is located down the hall and shared with 3-4 neighbors. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and there is no elevator and no doorman. This apartment has a dedicated mailbox that you will have access to during your stay. Packages are left in the lobby and are your responsibility to pick up. There is an intercom buzzer system for guest/delivery access. There are security cameras throughout the building. There is a laundry room located in the basement, which you can pay for with coins or with an app on your phone. Guest access You will have a private studio apartment that is exclusively yours, with your own key and lock. The only shared space is the bathroom. There are 3 bathrooms on the floor available for you to use. Those 3 bathrooms are shared with about 12 units. If one is occupied, you can use another one. Other things to note The bathrooms are cleaned by our staff at least once a week, and as needed.
