Just escape everyday life: We offer our apartment with a conservatory as a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a completely new bathroom. The apartment is suitable for 2 people and is suitable for fitters, vacationers and those passing through alike. Optionally, it is possible to book an additional bedroom, dining room, living room for two more people, which is located opposite the apartment on the other side of the hallway. The space The 80-square-meter, non-barrier-free, ground-floor apartment is a non-smoking accommodation and is located in an apartment house. The apartment itself has stylish and high-quality furnishings. The sunroom is equipped with a leather sofa set and a 43-inch smart TV. There is a spacious rain shower in the bathroom. Hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, hand towels and shower towels are provided. In the bedroom, you will find a 1.80 m x 2 m bed with a luxurious height that invites you to sleep and relax. Bed linens are ready for you. In addition, the bedroom has also been equipped with a 43-inch TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove with induction hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer compartment. The partially covered courtyard is equally available to guests from both apartments. Smoking is also permitted here. Our guests are welcome to use the electric grill. Free Wi-Fi, parking in front of the house, and storage and charging facilities for e-bikes are available. Electric cars can be charged for €0.50/kWh via a normal outlet for a fee (please arrange in advance). Additional charging stations are available in the vicinity. We also provide a small set of basic supplies such as toilet paper, garbage bags, kitchen towels, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, dishwashing liquid, dishcloth and dishwasher tabs. Optionally, an additional bedroom, dining room and living room of approx. 26 sqm, which is located opposite the apartment on the other side of the hallway, can be booked for two more people. There is only a fee of €35 per person per night (including all fees, cleaning, bed linen, hand and shower towels). Guest access If possible, we welcome our guests personally; otherwise, check-in is secured by self-check-in via a key safe with a PIN code. Other things to note You can enjoy your time hiking, biking or shopping. Just opposite the apartment, a hiking or cycling trail begins along a renaturation area where Scottish Highland cattle live. Your leisure activities can be started from this point. The nearby border with the Netherlands is ideal for expanding your radius. The Netherlands offers a well-developed network of bike paths, which means that, for example, the Maasplassen, the nature reserve "De Meinweg" or the Maas-Schwalm-Nette area can be reached. Furthermore, cities such as Aachen, Mönchengladbach and Düsseldorf or, in the Netherlands, Roermond, Maastricht and Venlo can be reached in a short time by car. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is a small bakery with a café, and an Edeka market about 900 m away. Pets are welcome upon request. There is only a fee of €8 (*) per pet per night. For the final cleaning, we charge a fee of €65 (*). If the 2nd bedroom, dining room or living room is occupied, we charge an additional flat rate of €35 (*) per person per night (incl. cleaning, bed linen, towels and shower towels). *Including all fees
