La Casa Del Mar is situated in a charming, two-story Mediterranean villa, built early in this century by the famous architect William Vaughn for the Francis Colter family who resided there until it became a small hotel in the 1950s. We will know if we can accommodate you the day before you check out. Please reach out to us the day before your departure and "If" we are able to accommodate the late check out there is a $20 an hour fee. LUGGAGE- We do not have a holding area for luggage. PARKING- parking is very limited in the area and in high demand. All parking is on a first come first serve. We leave a parking pass in the room on arrival day. VISITORS- For the safety of our guests, no visitors allowed after 6pm and definitely NO PARKING ON ANY OF OUR PARKING SPACES. The pool doesn’t have a lifeguard but is open from sunrise to sunset. It is not heated and it is maintained twice a week for your enjoyment. You will receive check in instructions a 24-48 hours prior to check in and the day of check in. It will include the property address, code to enter the property and the code to gain access to the room. We also send this information by text message to the number provided upon booking.
