Reykjavík, Family home with two cats.

We are a family of four with two cats and this is our cosy home in the centre of Reykjavík city. We like to rent it for pet friendly and respectful tenants when we are away. You will be in the centre of Reykjavík, few steps from the magnificent Hallgrimskirkja church. The appartment's balcony has excellent view over the roofs towards Snaefellsnes peninsula. The two lovely cats stay in the house and we´ll kindly ask the tenants to take care of them. The space The apartment is on two floors. It has a very cosy feeling as living room is under the roof and is bright. All the rooms are bright . The bedroom 4 is usually our office and used as a guest room, it has a curtain to separate the space but no doors. There are two foldable beds you can use as extra bedding. The bathroom on the same floor as the bedrooms is small but functions well and you will find a restroom on the top floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need, expresso machine, fridge, freezer, oven and electric stove and even a dishwasher so you can enjoy your time in another way than washing dishes... Although the view from the window over the sink is making dishwashing almost pleasurable ;-) The neighbours are quiet and friendly. This apartment suits best for families with a great choice of board games. Please note that the apartment does not suit persons with strong cats allergies as their are two cats who are living there.
