Your bedroom and bathroom are separate and next to each other, downstairs at the back of the house, so exceptionally quiet and peaceful for such a central location. The bedroom measures 6m x 2.5m and is light, plain and clean with plenty of storage space. In the room there is a double bed, with a sprung eco mattress, light memory foam mattress topper and quilted protector. The room is perfect for one or two people. You will also find a small desk and chair, and a comfortable armchair when work is done for the day. Fresh cotton linens and towels provided. 24/7 wifi included [wifi or wired connection in your room] The tiled bathroom will be all your own. It is fitted with a washbasin, WC, shower and bathtub, heated towel rail, and a heated floor .. cosy and no sharing. The house has wooden flooring throughout. You are welcome to use the washing machine, wifi, borrow a yoga mat, umbrella .. and if there is anything else you might need I will do my best .. I am a born and bred Londoner and have lived most of my life here so I should be able to at least point you in the right direction. PLEASE NOTE: You will be the only guest. Breakfast is not included, but you are welcome keep a few items in the fridge and to use the kitchen to prepare your own breakfast or a hot drink. I am vegan and the whole house is strictly vegetarian. The house is no-smoking, no-vaping (you may smoke in the garden); No street shoes in the house. If there is anything else you would like to know please do ask! Guest access The guest bedroom is on the lower ground floor and offers plenty of storage, hanging space, a desk, dressing table, full length mirror, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, extra blankets, fan, heating, spare linen and towels. You will need to manage one flight of stairs. Private guest bathroom, no sharing. Shared family living room. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, and all the usual kitchen equipment if you like to make yourself breakfast or a hot drink [only breakfast or a snack please, otherwise the kitchen is not for guests' use]. The house is strictly vegetarian. Please take responsibility to clean surfaces after use with the products provided. Laundry, washing machine and drying racks available, no dryer. Small Garden. We have business broadband. There are two wifi connections within the house, one exclusively for the guest room (wireless and ethernet). During your stay I live in the house and am happy to help with anything you need during your stay. Otherwise my schedule is quite busy so I am fairly hands off host who will always respect your privacy. I do travel and when I am away a cleaner usually cleans the house each week. She lives nearby and is great at helping with any questions if I am not available.
