Large room in the countryside with bathroom and terrace

Relax in the countryside. Sit on the terrace or have breakfast on the meadow. Get out into the woods instead of watching TV. Shopping and sightseeing in Frankfurt, excursions to tranquil Lower Franconia. Äppelwoi and Frankenwein. The Hessian Spessart is right outside. Hiking with alpacas, riding an e-bike along the Main, swimming in Lake Kinzigsee or in the outdoor pool. Hanau, Offenbach, Frankfurt and Aschaffenburg are easily accessible by car/train. Note: No Wi-Fi. No TV. Internet on the terrace. The space I rent out two guest rooms (25 sqm/13 sqm) for one to four people, each with a French bed (1.40 m wide, 1.90 m long). The rooms are located in the basement and are therefore at a pleasant temperature on hot days. The rooms are accessible via stairs only. You can rent both rooms or just one room. Bathroom. If only one room is rented, I leave the other room available, so the bathroom does not need to be shared with other guests. Guests are welcome to use the fridge, microwave, fitness equipment and the garden meadow in front of the house as well as my covered terrace. If necessary, I could leave a guest mattress in the large room. Please note that there is a fee of fifteen euros for each additional person. In the large room there is also room for your own baby travel cot. Built-in insect protection on the window. Pillows with encasing covers by SOFTSAN. Medium-firm mattress. The bed in the large room has a footboard and is therefore closed at the foot end. Dogs are welcome, but are not allowed in bed or in the armchairs. Cyclists are welcome. Lockable parking space available. Bike shop with repair service nearby. Musician-friendly place to stay. Non-smoking house! Please do not light candles either. Wi-Fi is not yet available at this time. No tv. No breakfast service. Bluetooth radio and alarm clock available. Internet reception in the room is fluctuating. Guest access Garden lawn with seating area (bistro table with two chairs) and folding loungers in front of the house. Guests can also share my terrace with a table and four chairs. Other things to note There is no Wi-Fi yet. No TV. Smoking only outside, not in the house. There is no kitchen. I don't offer breakfast The property is located in the basement. The electric shower takes about ten minutes to warm up the water. The bed has a footboard and is therefore closed at the foot end. By arrangement, you can park a car in front of my garage driveway (length 7.60 m). Heating season: October 1st – May 15th. Distance to Frankfurt Airport: 40 km as the crow flies.
