Refined and spacious room with private bathroom inside an elegant apartment a stone's throw from the main monuments, very bright. Building with an elevator. Located in the heart of Bologna, in one of the most stately neighborhoods, where you can breathe the true atmosphere of the historic city, with its arcades and historic buildings. A 10-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore and the 2 Towers, next to the Duse theater, the area is full of lively cafes and typical restaurants, while remaining residential and quiet. The space This is a large and very bright room inside the apartment with a private bathroom. The building is equipped with an elevator to welcome guests even after a long day around Bologna. The bathroom is equipped with washbasin, toilet and shower (no bidet). In case of lack of electricity, the bathroom cannot be used. In the room it is possible to insert an additional bed (folding bed). The room is equipped with bed, closet, desk, armchairs. The beds can be individual or joined to form a double: let us know the preference at the time of booking, or the double bed will be left. The living room with the kitchen is shared with the other guests of the apartment. Possibility of free luggage storage (to be agreed in advance). Wi-Fi IS included. For maximum comfort, the room is equipped with air conditioning. Sheets, blankets, tris of towels are provided for all guests. Body soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer are available in the bathroom. Guest access The living area is available for guests and shared with other guests in the apartment. It will be possible to prepare a pleasant lunch or dinner, a tasty breakfast, or relax in the evening with a pleasant herbal tea before sleep. In the kitchen there are: fridge, sink, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, induction stoves. The room does not have a TV. During your stay Access to the building will be via a clickable link from your smartphone for the duration of your stay. Guest registration, documents and contract signing will be required through the same link. All access information will be provided a few days before, while ensuring maximum flexibility and freedom of time. In accordance with Italian law, after check-in, a meeting may take place with me or my representatives to check the documents, but apart from this, during your stay you will not be disturbed and you will have maximum autonomy as each room has maximum privacy. I will always be contactable via messages, to give you any necessary information. Other things to note The apartment is on the second floor of a historic building, in a typical building of old Bologna. However, there is an elevator (usable with private keys that will be provided with the apartment keys), so it will be convenient to arrive even after a day around the city, or with bulky suitcases. It should be noted, in case of mobility difficulties, that there are three steps in front of the door of the apartment (see photo) The amount of the reservation ALREADY INCLUDES THE ACCOMMODATION TAXES (about €4.00 per day per person), therefore no other amount will be requested on site. Breakfast can be prepared independently (coffee, sugar, tea and herbal teas, salt, oil are present). To reach us: - from the train station and bus station: 15 minutes by bus (line 11, 33 or shuttle C); - from the airport: shuttle or bus, then line 11, 33 or shuttle C; - to and from the Fair: about 30 minutes by bus (some routes in the photos); - By taxi from both the station and the airport; there is a taxi station a 2-minute walk from the apartment; - by car: The apartment is in the ZTL area, access with a paid pass to be requested one day in advance. To park, I recommend the Staveco parking lot, Viale Panzacchi 10; it is the cheapest in the area, costing about €12 per day. It is about 700 meters from the apartment, so a few minutes' walk, and to park there you don't need the ZTL pass. Or there is another garage inside the ZTL, slightly closer, called Garage degli Angeli, it costs around €35 per day, (the cost includes the pass). In this case, I recommend contacting them in advance. There are numerous bars, bistros, cafes, typical restaurants, as well as supermarkets and shops in the area. The area is still quiet both day and night. The entire center and monuments are within walking distance in a few minutes, to fully enjoy the beauty of the city. A few minutes away there is also a fantastic park, for those who love to take a morning jog before tasting the local gastronomy, or for those who want to relax with a drink near the pond after a day of visiting the monuments.
