The space The Twelve12 Tamarack is a contemporary private walk-out basement suite located in the quiet neighborhood of Tamarack Commons. It is also conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, and The Meadows Community Recreation Centre, which provides a variety of sports and recreational activities for people to enjoy. The suite was renovated to feature a warm, open living area with a smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi/Netflix/Disney/Amazon Prime/TFC & TSN Channels. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bathroom, and an on-suite washer and dryer for your convenience. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a designated work space. Mins from the airport and main highway Anthony Henday and Whitemud, our home is a 10-minute walk to groceries, a gas station, local coffee shops, idyllic restaurants, a cinema and a 20-minute drive to the West Edmonton Mall. There is also a trail just a few miles away and plenty of cycle paths/trails right at your doorstep. Guest access You have access to the entire basement suite through a private sidewalk or back alley. Street parking in front of the house or garage parking upon request. Keypad door code will be provided to enter the suite. Other things to note Enjoy the comfort of soft, filtered water during your stay!
