Vast single-room flat with a loft atmosphere (brick-layered and glas walls, minimalist furniture, adjustable lightning). 5 min away from the Champ de Mars, 10 min away by foot from the Eiffel Tower. 10 min metro to Montparnasse station, 25 min to Gare du Nord (Eurostar & Thalys), less than 30 min to all major stations, 30 min by taxi to both airports. Calm street a stone's throw from the bustling Grenelle Blvd. Typical cafés, restaurants, shops, traditional street market, good bakery nearby. Guest access The flat is available in its entirety (one main big room with a kitchen, high table and chairs, a living-room area with one big sofa turned in 20 seconds into a bed. Towels and sheets are provided along with some food in the fridge. Other things to note The flat is a single room so is ideal for a couple or a single guest, but given that there are two sofa beds and one floor air mattress up to 5 people can stay in the flat. Smoking is tolerated although please only do it next to an open window. I don't smoke and don't allow anyone to smoke elsewhere in the flat so furniture is smoke-smell free.
