The space Our accommodation can accommodate up to 10 people in 3 bedrooms plus 2 sofa beds (6+4) and offers full equipment with all the necessary utensils and electrical appliances to ensure a pleasant and unforgettable stay for our guests. The interior of the two-storey maisonette of 160 sq.m. is designed and decorated with a modern aesthetic, offering a warm and welcoming space. All 3 bedrooms are spacious and bright, and feature brand new king size beds. Upstairs there is a terrace with a comfortable garden living room that offers stunning views of the entire bay of Salamina and unobstructed views of the mountain and sea. The accommodation has 2 large living rooms, one on each floor with comfortable sofas and sofa beds. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your meals with comfort and ease. There are 2 bathrooms with showers, one on each floor. The accommodation is surrounded by a large garden and a large terrace on the ground floor with the same impressive view of Salamina Bay, next to the best beach on the island and is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the sunset. On the terrace there is a large table and plenty of space for play and relaxation, as well as a charcoal grill to enjoy a big party. It's the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. In the corridor there is an outdoor shower to rinse off after your swim in the sea. The property has 3 outdoor parking spaces within the property. Finally, we provide Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Netflix, 5 Air-conditioners and solar water heaters for hot water. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, next to the beach, surrounded by lush olive groves and has a comfortable and spacious 160 sq.m. residence on a 730 sq.m. plot with all the amenities you will need for a pleasant stay. From the lush olive groves to the crystal clear waters and the best beaches of Aianteio. Also 500 meters from the accommodation is the famous and historic "Olive Tree of Orsa" 2530 years old, the only living organism from the Battle of Salamis.
