BEAUTIFUL view of Stariski Creek and Cook Inlet, walking access to the beach. Deck area, ample parking. Minimum 2 night stay. Kitchen – Refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, pots/pans, baking dishes, utensils, dishes etc., dining table plus more seating at counter. Living room area- recliner, chairs, loveseat, office desk, TV, beautiful view! Half bathroom – located on lower level. Guest room #1, located on lower level, queen bed, large closet, dresser, bathroom with shower (no tub), sliding door deck access. Guest room #2 located upstairs, queen bed, large closet, sitting area with table, dresser. Guest room #3 located upstairs, two twin beds, large closet, dresser, TV. Upstairs bathroom- located upstairs, Jack-and-Jill style sinks/vanities, bathtub/shower combo. Guest access Whole house except two cabinets and the garage. Other things to note • NOTE: The only access road to this property is short but steep and drivers must cross a one-lane bridge with no guardrail. Welcome to your Alaska adventure! Yield to oncoming traffic, be patient, and rest assured, the water delivery truck crosses this bridge every week, and the residents in the neighborhood traverse safely daily. Plenty of parking space at the house.
