In our quiet house, we welcome you comfortably in this large room for events in Lyon. New 140*200 quality bedding and recent sofa bed (limited to one person), private adjoining bathroom/toilet. Covered terrace that can be privatized, open to the garden for your breakfast, accessible by a common corridor (coffee maker, kettle, mugs available). On prior request, we will drop you off/pick you up a few steps from your event🙂 Zen stopover! The space You'll be the only guests in our main residence! We are 3-4 minutes from a bakery, tobacco shop, convenience store open daily until 9pm, a butcher-caterer, a cafe and several (good) restaurants. Guest access Greeted in person, you will be given a key that allows you independent access to our accommodation via the main entrance door and a common corridor. You can park safely within our fenced property. Between your car and our house is a wooden pathway with 5-6 small steps. Other things to note Go relaxed to your events without a car to park, without traffic jams, without parking fees and without waiting for a crowded shuttle... 😇 We can drop you off and/or pick you up a few minutes' walk from your event venue (upon confirmation of our availability at the time of booking, small fee of 10 euro per trip for participation in costs, i.e. 20 euro for the drop-off and pick-up of all travelers) Otherwise, in the morning and until the early evening, there is a bus stop (28) 50 m from the house that connects to tram T3 in 5 min then Lyon center directly or Groupama Stadium / LDLC Arena via T7😉...
