"Blind home purchase" house in Sarpsborg

Experience the "Blind Home Purchase" house in Sarpsborg for real! There is room for 6++ adults and children, and extra well suited for families. In the garden you can play football and kubb, play in the sandbox and slide for the little ones or enjoy a cup of coffee. Our cats Mario and Millie appreciate a little cuddling and food. From the house it is a ten minute walk to the beach on the Tunevannet, the water park Superland, Inspiria, grocery store and pharmacy The space The house consists of 3 floors. A basement with a basement living room (with double bed, sofa and possibility for a cot/mattress on the floor) and a toilet, as well as a laundry room with the possibility to wash clothes. On the main floor you will find a kitchen, living room with both dining area and sofa corner. A large bathroom with both shower and bathtub, as well as a play corner, with a sofa bed with room for two adults. On the top floor you will find 3 bedrooms with 4 beds in total, as well as a travel bed. Here you can also supplement with mattresses on the floor, if you want. Outdoors you will find a nice little garden, with seating by the stairs for the morning sun, as well as a large porch where you can enjoy the evening sun. We have two cats that mostly manage themselves - but who need to get some food and a little cuddle in the morning, and during the day. They stand by the porch when they want to come in and get food. We also have room for three cars in our courtyard. Guest access We lock rooms that are not to be used by guests. Other things to note Those who rent must be able to take care of our cats :) Both require minimal follow-up, but it is something!
