Opposite is Municipal of Santo Tomas Batangas. 5 mins drive to SM Santo Tomas. 10-15 mins drive to Padre Pio Church. The V&V is located on the third floor of Minamitche Building. With AC, TV, WIFI, NETFLIX. Attached BATHROOM with hot and cold shower. Complimentary coffee & snack. Rate is good for 2 pax only. The space Parking is available inside the building from 5:00pm until 8:00 am next day, and outside the building from 8:00am until 5:00pm. Or you can park outside the building 24 hours. Amenities: Towels, kettle, shampoo, toothbrush, snacks, coffee, sugar, cream, coffee machine, garment steamer and more. Expectation with the BATHROOM is small :-) Guest access Guest can do self check in we have a small box key locker where they can take the keycard. Once booking is confirmed we will provide the code for thw locker. If guest need assistance we have caretaker who can assist them upon check in.
