Dream House by the Aegean Coast ~ With service!

Amidst an olive grove by the turquoise waters of the Aegean sea, we welcome guests who crave an exceptionally designed house in the midst of nature. Built by a famous Italian stage designer, each corner is custom-made using different materials from the eastern world evoking an oriental fantasy. If you enjoy waking up to birds chirping, plunging into refreshing waters and eating deliciously prepared fresh food by our caretakers, this is the place for you! The space Nested in an open layout amidst an untouched natural environment and its beings, the house accommodates up to eleven guests in 5 different rooms spread across the property. Each room is beautifully decorated with simple en suite bathrooms. The spacious living room under a dome ceiling is an exceptional space decorated in traditional styles allowing big groups to be comfortably seated. It has an open structure to allow natural ventilation. The kitchen is well equipped with a six burner gas stove, two full size refrigerators, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The indoor and outdoor dining areas accommodate up to twelve people. Guests can access the sea simply by walking a few steps down to the private stone beach with a pier. If you have sensitive feet, please bring beach shoes and beware of sea urchins (a testimony to clear waters :) ) on the shallower parts of the water. Please note: the reservation includes two caretakers. They cook all your meals and take care of the dishes to make your stay as smooth and memorable as possible. Please bring your food+drinks shopping with you and the meals you desire will be prepared by very capable hands! Guest access The house is reachable from the International Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport with a taxi or by car rental. It is 144 km away and usually takes 1,5 to 2 hours to reach. Guests can also fly to the more local Edremit Airport which is at 77 km and takes over an hour by car. ‼️ The final path leading to the house is an off-road dirt path with rain holes and stones for about 200 meters — although all types of cars usually drive across without a problem, precaution is advised. If you are unsure a 4x4 is recommended and please avoid very low cars. If uncomfortable, please get in touch with us. Private transportation may be arranged for an additional fee upon request. Other things to note The rooms are spread around the garden allowing enough privacy for guests traveling in big groups. A hammock hangs between two olive trees overlooking the water for afternoon naps and reading. Please note that events and commercial shoots are only allowed with different pricing and confirmation by the host. *** Writers, thinkers and creative soul searchers: Winter time is a great moment to find solace in this house where only your bedroom and the kitchen will be heated with wood fire and electric stoves.
