Guest house is attached to our primary residence but has a separate exterior entrance. The interior is separated by double doors that lock from both sides, similar to adjoining hotel rooms. The backyard is shared by us, the owners. There’s a very real chance you’ll be greeted by our friendly Australian Shepherd, Gracie, during your stay! You may see us in the yard during your stay. Feel free to say hi! Otherwise, we like to give our guests privacy. The space Located west of Highway 1 (ocean side), our 500 sq ft attached guest house offers a separate entrance, skylights for natural light, a kitchenette, access to a shared backyard, and 2 beach cruiser bikes to enjoy the local coastal trail. Guest access Guests will have full access and privacy within the 500 sq ft guest house which features a spacious bedroom, full bathroom, living room, and full kitchen. Additionally, guests will have use of the shared backyard which is shared with us, the owners who live onsite in the main house. Other things to note We offer the use of two beach cruiser bicycles so guests can enjoy the nearby coastal trail on foot or by bike.
