Conveniently located 5 minutes away from the base of Crowfoot Mountain, with plenty of parking space for vehicles and trailers. The space The cottage is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath rancher that is 1225 square feet and sleeps up to 8. The property is 0.55 acres and currently unfenced. Living area has vaulted pine ceilings, and large windows for natural lighting. The propane fireplace is a focal point, with a 55" TV mounted on a hydraulic mount so the TV can be lowered to a comfortable viewing angle. Quality furniture pieces with a custom made coffee table featuring the Shuswap. The kitchen has 4 stainless steel appliances and small appliances such as: blender, hand mixer, waffle maker, crockpot, 4 slice toaster, fondue set, and kettle. There is a duo Keurig coffee machine, and coffee pods/grounds, a variety of teas, apple cider, hot chocolate, and a variety of sweetening options provided. Oil, vinegar, basic cooking spices are also provided. There are 3 bedrooms, all which have blackout shades. The first bedroom is the master with a king bed, a walk-in closet and 4 piece ensuite. The second bedroom has a double bed and closet, and the 3rd bedroom features a Canadian made bunk bed (twin over double) with a trundle pull out (twin). For security and insurance purposes the property does have monitored cameras and a security system. There are no cameras inside the property, or any communal areas but they do cover angles of the entrance/driveway and road. The system can be armed for your stay using the temporary code provided. Guest access Guests will have access to the door remotely by a temporary guest code that will be provided prior to check-in. This code is renter specific and is only valid for the duration of the trip. Other things to note The property is again on septic, please consider this with toilet paper usage, baby wipes, makeup wipes and feminine products. The property is on well water, which was tested for potability April 2024 and assured it was safe for consumption, however a water cooler is still provided. The patio furniture pictured is seasonal.
