We kindly request that you keep noise levels down and adhere to building rules. Breaking these rules may result in a GH₵ 1000 fine and electricity being turned off. 2. Not Serviced Apartment: For stays exceeding 10 days, we offer a complimentary cleaning service. While we strive to maintain high cleanliness standards, please understand that we may not be able to perform a deep clean after every checkout. Stains on couches, curtains, or linen may be faint but do not compromise cleanliness. We appreciate your understanding. 3. Self-Catering: Our apartments are self-catering and come equipped with basic amenities including hand soap, and a towel. Additionally, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom is provided. 4. Unforeseen Circumstances: Due to the nature of Ghana’s developing economy, occasional Power outages may occur. While we make every effort to address such issues promptly, please understand that some factors may be beyond our control. 5. Assistance and Communication: We are available between 8am and 10pm via Airbnb messaging to assist with any queries or concerns. Security personnel may also be able to assist onsite, subject to availability. Please note that after 6pm, assistance may be limited, and there may be a call-out fee for issues unrelated to equipment malfunction. 6. General Maintenance: While we ensure that all appliances and equipment are in working order before your arrival, unforeseen malfunctions may occur. Please notify us immediately if you encounter any issues, and we will endeavor to address them promptly. 7. Reservations and Changes: Reservation changes are subject to availability and must be made at least 10 days before your arrival date. One change may be made to your reservation if the arrival date is more than 10 days away. Additional nights may be added, subject to availability. Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy. 8. Key Policy: We provide one key per guest and do not keep spare keys on-site. In the event of lost keys or lockouts, a call-out fee may apply. 9. Parking Please ensure the correct use of parking bays to avoid call-outs. 10. Listing Accuracy: Please note that images on our listing were taken at the time of listing and may not reflect current furnishings or decor. We strive to provide accurate information about our apartments. 11. Prepaid electricity: Please note that electricity is prepaid, and we kindly request that you monitor usage to avoid depletion. We are available to assist with token top-ups until 8 PM. Electricity usage is capped at GHC35 per night, GHC 500 for a 2-week stay or GHC 1,000 for a monthly stay. Guests will be responsible for topping up electricity when the cap is exhausted. 12. Free Wi-Fi During your stay with us, a complimentary amount of data will be provided for your use. Internet usage is capped at 5GB per night. Once this data allocation has been exhausted, acquiring additional data will be your responsibility for purchase. 13.
