Spacious kitchen with open dining room. Laundry on first floor near the kitchen. Outdoor nice patio to relax with outdoor grill kitchen. Grill is allowed to be used with a charge of 20$ per day. Multiple parking spaces on the drive way. Guest access Have access to entire home through the back door of the house. Will provide you with code before your arrival. Entry to the back will not be accessed. another guest will be there .They have their sole access. The back house is not connected to main house that’s listed on here. Other things to note Parties and loud music are NOT allowed at any time to protect the home and neighbors from being disturbed. Animals are not allowed in the home. There’s a back house that’s apart and not connected to the main that’s listed . That back house cannot be access and is not apart of the stay
