The space Lotus furano Recommended ski resort "Furano Ski Resort" is about 15 minutes away by car, and there are courses that can be enjoyed by beginners to advanced skiers. It is fully equipped with one bath with a bathtub, one shower room, and two toilets. [Cleaning] After all guests have checked out, the room will be professionally cleaned. We use hypochlorite to fight the coronavirus. All bed sheets, towels, etc., are replaced with clean ones every time. If you have any concerns about the cleanliness of the house after check-in, please let us know immediately. We will respond sincerely. Parking One parking space is available next to the hotel. We also provide a second parking lot that can accommodate 6 or more cars. We will provide you with this information after check-in. Check-in - Self check-in / out This is an unattended hotel with corona measures in place, without any unnecessary contact with anyone. Once your booking is confirmed, we'll give you a key number. Check-in: after 4 pm Check out: by 10 am Please note that we cannot store luggage. * If you wish to check out late, please contact us at least one day before your check-out date. We will not be able to respond on the day. Please read it carefully and enjoy your stay. Basic manners Please stay connected to Airbnb throughout your stay. If you need any help, please refer to the Airbnb listing and message room for more information. Please be quiet indoors and outdoors after 10 pm. ・ No smoking inside or outside the building. * If there is any evidence of smoking, there will be a separate deodorizing fee of 30,000 yen. ・ Bath towels are not changed daily like in a typical hotel. Basically, you can wash them in the washing machine. No non-guests are allowed in the room. The same applies to regular hotels. Please be sure to notify us in advance if an outsider will be entering. Please do not take any equipment out of the room, as it may inconvenience the next guest. ・ For guests with allergies, pets are not allowed in the room. If you enter the room, we will charge a separate deodorization work fee of 50,000 yen. [When going out or leaving] ・ To reduce wasted electricity and energy from the perspective of SDGs, please turn off the air conditioner, electricity, and water. ・ For security reasons, please be sure to lock the windows and doors. Forgotten items ・ Please be sure to check your belongings at check-out to make sure you haven't forgotten anything. If we don't hear from you after 7 days, we will dispose of it. ・ If you request shipping, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. We only ship by cash on delivery. · A separate 2,200 yen shipping and handling fee will be charged. ・ We cannot dispose of suitcases, so please take them home. If you leave it without permission, we will charge you a disposal fee. [About declaring and changing the number of people] ・ Maximum 16 people. ・ Be sure to report any changes that increase from the initial declaration or changes in the number of people. ・ As with a typical hotel, we will charge an additional fee for one person regardless of the length of stay. ・ We cannot refund for a decrease in the number of guests during the stay or at the time of departure. If the number of guests changes during your stay, you'll need to notify us in advance. Guests of foreign nationality will be asked to provide the passport information of the new guest. Please note that under Japanese law, you will not be able to stay if you are unable to provide this information. Please note that unreported, poor-quality, free accommodation is a violation of the Criminal Law. [About trash disposal] Please do not throw it away or leave it outside the building. Be sure to dispose of it in the trash cans in the building. ・ If the trash can in the room is full during consecutive nights, please store it in the large trash can in the garage. [Sheets, towels, and other supplies] If there is significant damage, stains, or blood stains on the sheets and towels, we will charge a special cleaning fee. Please use the facilities carefully, as we may charge repair or purchase costs if there is any soiling, removal of equipment, damage or missing parts, or intentional malfunction. Kitchen Please do not leave leftover food or raw garbage, but dispose of it in the burnable garbage bin. A quick rinse is fine, so please wash the dishes as much as possible. [About extended stays] We can accommodate if there are no guests booked after you. Please ask me separately. [Early check-in] We are generally unable to accommodate, but we can accommodate for a fee in some cases. Please contact us ahead of time. Late Check-Out We're unable to accommodate this because it affects the cleaning staff's schedule. If you are unable to leave after the time limit, you will be charged a separate cleaning staff fee for the waiting time. However, in the case of unavoidable situations such as poor physical condition, we may be able to accommodate you depending on the schedule of the next guest, so please contact us.
